Was a little hesitant about a robot vacuum but I dislike vacuuming! Shipped fairly quickly and easy to unpack, setup. Actually does a really good job vacuuming our bungalow. We don’t have pets so not a lot of dirt. You need to keep phone charging cords and curtains off floor of course. A little loud but hey it’s a vacuum. Love the self empty function. Very happy so far buts it’s been less than a month. Have not used the mop function yet.

Sometimes it’s hard to tell if reviews have been “incentivized” or not. This one hasn’t been. This thing RULES I have three cats and it’s almost impossible to keep up with the hair without sweeping and vacuuming every other day (if not every day!) this robo-vac crushes the task of dealing with the hair! I have hardwood, tile, and carpet in the house, and it does an INCREDIBLE job on each surface, I was actually kind of surprised how much hair it picked up. The self emptying base is a must in my opinion, very much worth the extra cost. Holds a decent amount, and refill bags are not expensive at all. The mopping is decent, honestly more of a bonus feature than anything. We still do a deep clean manual mop every week, but twice a week with this guy greatly decreases the grime, especially on our kitchen tile. Battery life is very solid. Our whole apartment can be cleaned with 30% battery usage, and that includes the higher suction speeds on the carpet. All in all I’m very happy with this purchase, especially having some feline friends to clean up after! Truly is the B. R. E. (See photo for context!)

I've only been using this vacuum for almost a month so I can't say for sure how it's gonna be in the long run. I would say this though, not too bad at all. Seamless connection with my google home app. User friendly app interface. Good sucking power. Easy to clean. I don't use the mopping function a lot because I have a carpet. The lidar works good. Even the laser mapping is good. Well thought out before production. Overall good experience so far. Thank you Lefant.

This unit is very quiet and works well between tile floors and area rugs. I purchased it to keep up with cat hair, and it works great. It will not pick everything up off a carpet, but that was not my expectation, since it is not intended to be a full suction vacuum. It picks up all loose debris and dust/fur, which is exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend!

It was easy to set up, vacuum operation is 100% fantastic. Had some issues with mopping at first, it wouldn't leave a 6m2 area but eventually I realized it was an issue with the "carpet detection" feature. I have slightly textured vinyl plank flooring, and the unit thinks parts of it are carpet. It would be a problem if I had carpets, but since I don't, I turned that feature off and it works fine now. That feature should perhaps be a little less sensitive, and is why I only gave the product 4 stars. Would have been 5 stars without that issue.
