⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Game changer for busy households — worth every penny I honestly didn’t expect to love this as much as I do, but the MONSGA Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo has completely changed my daily routine. The 6000Pa suction is no joke—it picks up everything from fine dust to pet hair and even the little debris that usually gets stuck in corners. The self-emptying station (3.5L) is a HUGE plus. I can go days without even thinking about it, which is perfect for a busy schedule. It automatically handles itself, so I’m not constantly emptying a bin like with other robot vacuums I’ve tried. What really impressed me is how well it vacuums AND mops at the same time. My floors actually look polished, not just “quick cleaned.” It navigates around furniture smoothly and doesn’t get stuck like older models. Setup was super easy, and the app control makes scheduling effortless. I just set it and forget it—and come home to clean floors every time. If you’re on the fence, just get it. This is one of those purchases that genuinely improves your day-to-day life. Highly recommend — 10/10.

So far so good! Easy to set up and has fantastic suction power. The mapping was very intuitive and I love the various cleaning options (by room, by map, spot clean) etc. Battery life is 90 mins as advertised on max suction. Impressed.

To keep the maintenance of the house on a day-to-day basis, it is a really good product. Can't expect a hard clean, but so far it has been great for our needs.

Die Saugkraft (5000Pa) ist extrem stark – selbst Tierhaare und feiner Staub auf Teppichen werden zuverlässig entfernt. Besonders beeindruckt mich die LiDAR-Navigation: Der Roboter kartiert die Wohnung sehr präzise und fährt systematisch, ohne planlos herumzuirren oder Bereiche zu vergessen. Auch die Wischfunktion funktioniert einwandfrei und sorgt für spürbar saubere Böden. Ideal für den täglichen Einsatz! Die App ist übersichtlich, leicht zu bedienen und bietet viele praktische Einstellungsmöglichkeiten (Zeitpläne, Reinigungszonen, Sperrbereiche etc.). Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Absaugstation – kein ständiges Entleeren mehr, was im Alltag enorm Zeit spart. Die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig, das Gerät arbeitet angenehm leise und die Akkulaufzeit reicht problemlos für meine gesamte Wohnung. Preis-Leistung ist hier wirklich top. Ich würde den MONSGA MS1 MAX jederzeit wieder kaufen und kann ihn absolut weiterempfehlen!

I really wanted to like this MONSGA robot vacuum. When I first purchased it, it worked reasonably well and seemed like a good value for the price. Unfortunately, that didn’t last long. After about **four months of normal use**, the vacuum started having serious issues with its **sensors**. It began spinning in circles, stopping randomly, and giving error messages even though there were no obstacles. It would either refuse to start cleaning or stop after just a few minutes. I cleaned all the sensors carefully, wiped the charging contacts, reset the unit, and followed all troubleshooting steps in the manual — nothing fixed the problem. Eventually, it became completely unusable. What’s even more frustrating is the non-existent after-sales support. I reached out to customer service multiple times and received no response. There was no real attempt to resolve the issue, repair the unit, or offer a replacement. For a product in this price range, I expect at least basic reliability and some level of customer support. A robot vacuum should last much longer than four months, especially with light, regular use. Unfortunately, this purchase turned out to be a waste of money. I would not recommend this brand based on my experience.

cant believe the reviews for this. load of rubbish in my view. it was returned straight away. mapping was non existant (nothing like the capability of devices that my friends have). it could not find home and would not start per programmed schedule as when it was finished charging it just powered off. I had to press the power button to get it back on (totally defeating the purpose). hoover suction power seemed ok but mop was not good.

Nous sommes entièrement satisfait de cet aspirateur, laveur, avec auto-vidange. Sa capacité d’aspiration est très efficace, avec son rouleau aspirateur. La cartographie LiDAR est très simple à configurer et permet un travail sur toute la surface cartographié ou sur une zone spécifique. La station d’auto-vidange est un plus lorsque vous programmer un nettoyage quotidien en votre absence. La fonction de lavage est bonne et ce malgré le fait qu’elle a qu’une bande large et non deux brosses rotatives. Un bon investissement à prix abordable.

I would hate to give it less than 4 stars, as it does what it says it's going to do and has given me no real issues. We have shedding pets and frankly, this thing is a bit underpowered for that type of work. If you do not have pets, you will be happy with this machine. It's quiet, quick, and smart. Easy peasy to set up the mapping with the app. If you put it on a different floor of your house, it quickly creates a map and goes about its business without fuss. Mopping works fine and is a nice addition to the regular mopping routine. We would just throw it on once or twice a week to mop up after the dogs. The brush roller is not large, so again not good for long hair. I have my concerns on how long the rollers would last (not our first robot vac), so in the end decided to return it and get something a bit beefier that can tackle the fur.

I just got this roomba yesterday and I already love it! It was super easy to set up and it mapped the apartment very quickly. It took a bit of playing around in the app to set up different areas and cleaning settings and intensities for each area. The mop function is awesome (I used warm water and a bit of vinegar). The robot is perfect for my bf and I as we both work in the trades and we track in a lot of dust and dirt into the apartment and I don't have the time to constantly be cleaning floors. I don't recommend using the robot on super shaggy carpet if you have super long hair like me as any hair fibers stuck in the carpet will cause the rolling brush and the side brush to become tangled and the robot gets stuck (we discovered that issue last night from a shaggy rug we have in the bedroom) but it works fantastic on regular carpeted floors and rugs. 10/10 would recommend this product 👌

J’utilise le Monsga depuis plusieurs semaines et je suis vraiment satisfait. La puissance d’aspiration de 5000 Pa fait une grande différence, surtout avec les poils d’animaux sur mon tapis. La navigation LiDAR est très précise : le robot ne se cogne pas partout et la cartographie se met à jour clairement dans l’application. La station de vidage automatique est un vrai confort, je n’ai presque rien à faire pendant plusieurs jours. La serpillière est correcte pour un entretien régulier, et l’autonomie permet de nettoyer tout mon appartement en un seul passage. Je contrôle souvent le robot avec l’application, et ça fonctionne très bien. Franchement, pour le prix, je ne regrette pas mon achat. Il me fait gagner du temps et garde les sols propres sans effort.
