10 months agoI am SO impressed. This was way easier to set up than I'd feared. The set-up does take time, but it's fairly easy to follow the steps on the app. Within a couple of hours, I was watching this robot vacuum and mop my kitchen floor. It's my first-ever robot vacuum, and so far it's displayed none of the behaviours I'd heard about from previous generations of robot vacuums: it isn't getting stuck or needing to be rescued. I bought this at a huge discount, and I wouldn't have sprung for it otherwise, but I'm very pleased so far!

10 months agoAbsolutely fantastic, love it, the wife's been bugging me for years to get one and I thought it was just a waste. But let me tell ya, outstanding, super impressed, does an amazing job, both vacuuming and mopping. The cats were not happy at first and put a beating on it but she shrugged them off and now they just follow her around. Would 100% recommend, go Dirty Girl.

11 months agoAbsolute junk, do not buy this brand if you're in the market for a robot vacuum. When it works, it's fine, but that is only 10% of the time. - Has almost never returned to dock properly - Vacuums until it dies instead of going back to the dock so it's like a little game of hide and seek to find - App constantly logs me out and I have to sign in every time - Have to take it apart to clean any dust out of it's sensors - Setting it up was a nightmare and even tried it at different locations and yielded the same result Buy literally any other brand than Shark when it comes to this product. You get what you pay for and I learned this the hard way.

2 years agoGood robot vacuum. Doesnt miss a corner with the little bristle arms. We have a lot of pet hair and it does require very frequent bristle cleaning, the cannister isnt very big. This vacuum has relieved so much daily work in our house. We have noticed a little barrier with the transitions in our house and gets stuck behind furniture at times but with minimal prep work it does a good job for the fluff and fuzz in our house.
