Excelente aspiradora inalámbrica, recoge perfectamente el pelo de mi mascota, es muy funcional y me permite hacer el aseo diario con mucha prácticidad, 💯 recomendable. Solo toma en cuenta que si funcionamiento no es tan prolongado, solo para limpieza breve.

Best investment I ever made. Does an excellent job of cleaning dog hair out of truck. Fits into narrow spaces. Also easy to clean stairs with.

Excellent power and suction. Great for stairs. Has an extendable arm that is handy so you don't have to bend too far. I use this to whip through any small carpets, even the one larger carpet we have and the stairs. Love how it's cordless. Makes it so much easier. A good purchase!

Worst pet vac ever. I purchased one in early April specifically for removing cat hair from my newly purchased (and expensive!) sofa. After very little use the beater bar began to seize while being used. I was constantly having to turn it on and off. Finally it just seized permanently. I contacted the manufacturer. They were very responsive and while they would not issue a refund, they immediately sent me a replacement unit. Did not ask for the other one back (what am I gonna do with it?!). I recieved the new one yesterday. I used it for LESS than one minute...not exagerating...less than a minute and the beater bar has seized. No matter what I do it will not spin. So now I have TWO paperweights and a sofa that's still covered in cat hair. Do NOT waste your money if you want this solely for a pet vac and the beater bar.

This vacuum works well and has great suction.The charging time is quite reasonable and the charge last longer than most vacuums of this type. there’s one problem I had while cleaning the vacuum. This rubber flap fell off and I’m having trouble getting it back into position. Is there a particular way to do this?

This vacuum is Awsome it sucks dirt like crazy only when I have the carpet roller on it but when it’s removed I feel it don’t suck. I’m giving it a 4 star because it works for whst I bought it for but the battery l life is very very short. Which is very disappointing considering it didn’t last long it started squealing after I used it 5 times. This vacuum only worked for two months and then it stopped working

Build quiality is ok, but the charger supplied is 120volts 2 pin. Having to spend ANOTHER £16 on a UK charger. This was NOT stated in the listing.

I bought this based on reviews on Amazon, the majority of which were very positive. A couple of reviews noted poor suction, but the large number of positive reviews sold me on it. However, I am returning it tomorrow because I find the suction to be sub-part. I tried to use it on stair carpet, and found it to do an OK job with hair, but it was nowhere near as effective as I expected it to be, when using the little power head. Using it with the crevice tool only was even more disappointing. It would pick up small lightweight debris, and when you moved the crevice tool slightly to target another area just an inch away, you would see the previous debris drop out the end of the crevice tool. Using the power-boost mode helped somewhat, but you can't run it for long like that without killing the battery life. The design and location of the power button needs to be rethought. When you try to empty the dustbin and clean the filter, the natural place to hold the unit is by the handle, and the power-on button is right there, so inevitably your hand will depress the start button, activating the unit. The design of the button needs some work too. You press it once to run the unit, and to turn the power off you have to press it again, which runs it in powet-boost mode, and then you have to press it one more time to power it off. That's not that intuitive and in both regular mode and power-boost mode it's very noisy. I would recommend that Black and Decker review the design of the power button to avoid having toggle through power-boost mode to power-off the unit. And furthermore, that they recess the button so it more difficult to power-on the unit by mistake when emptying the little dustbin / cleaning the filter. It's well enough balanced and comfortable to use my. The design is neat and shows some promise, but overall the problems referred to above need to be addressed, especially the mid-grade suction.

Easily gobbles up pet hair & floor debris. Light weight, excellent on stairs, floorboards, nooks & crannies. The pet hair attachment bar spins strong and gets most fur in one or two passes. Two power settings. Extender is built well and strong, but pet hair beater-bar must be removed before extending. Battery life seems good for what it's intended for, which are items I described above. I'm estimating about 45 minutes per charge (+/-). Emptying the canister and cleaning the filter is quick and easy. High quality product.

I purchased it because it is essentially a small version of a stand up vacuum, with my mobility issues its weight and size were key to making my purchase. Its telescoping suction tube mean I can get into small areas a normal hand held vac. can't or if it's out in the open I dont have to bend down as much. The thing that I like the most is the power head, I thought it was like most, it relied on air flow to spin the cleaning brushes....It doesn't. The head actually is powered and it works awesome! To empty the dirt is as easy as the press of a button and removing the filters is a cinch too. The only thing I dont like is the 80's color scheme, sparkle grey and purple, come on lol

This product Is not fit for purpose given it is positioned as a pet-vacuum. I bought it as I wanted something to suck up my dog's fur on the carpet and on timber surfaces. It does neither with any effectiveness! I have previously owned B&D hand vacuums and they have worked well but this is probably the worst vacuum I have ever had the misfortune of buying. It doesn't even really work in the car. Don't waste your money - it is a not a pet vacuum, not even a dust buster. Rather, buy the Dyson option which costs a little more but is infinitely superior in vacuuming up pet hair

Wow, I have to admit how pleasantly surprised I was to receive a purchased product that works as advertised! I just received it today with very quick shipping (so Kudos to Amazon for improved shipping), and briefly looked over directions to get it on the charger and fully charged (as directions recommend) so that I could test my new B&D furbuster hand vac asap. I have several products recently purchased in prior Amazon orders that I'll be driving to UPS tomorrow to return and I wanted to verify if this product was going to be added to that list of returns and do so all in one trip. I must say that this honestly exceeded my expectations and let me be clear, I typically review a product for 1 of 2 reasons: 1. because it's a great product that works, looks, does as advertised that deserves recognition, and because I feel that other consumers should be able to rely on trustworthy feedback from legit Amazon members that actually purchased the products they're reviewing. 2. Because the product is horrible and fails to do as advertised, or customer service for that product is very poor or altogether absent (meaning you don't get a response from their so called customer service when you have questions or need product assistance). I admit that I won't use valuable time to review those purchases/products that are what I call the "In Between Great & Horrible Products", meaning not great, but not horrible. That being said, in the short period I've had this hand vac I am extremely pleased. YOU GO BLACK & DECKER, FOR A JOB MORE THAN WELL DONE!!! First, I love the design of the hand vac over all, it stands very firmly on the end opposite of the handle while charging, or you could lay it down if need be, because there is no bulky cradle used for charging as many other hand vacs have. It's very light to hold and maneuver and feels natural to use (even for someone that has physical limitations or back, hip, shoulder problems such as myself with fibromyalgia, bursitis, si problems, advanced arthritis, and carpal tunnel), as well as how easy it is to use the 2 accessories. The built in extended crevice tool which you simply slide/pull out to use as needed, and the ingenious designed brush attachment with rubber type bristles great for picking up hair and fur, and it is a motorized brush that actually works as intended, it DOESN'T require any type of upper body or hand strength to attach the brush either, as it very easily clicks into place when attaching it and can be removed just as easily. After the charging process completes for the initial use (which btw was very simple to do by plugging the small charging adapter into an electrical outlet after plugging the other end of the adapter cable into the hand vac) the battery light located by the power button on the hand vac indicates when it's fully charged. Simply remove the charging adapter plug from the hand vac and you're all set, ready to clean everything & anything your heart desires. In the short time I had the product today after it was fully charged, I was actually looking for things to clean in addition to the cleaning tasks I purchased this hand vac for (cleaning pet/cat hair off furniture, steps, cushions, etc and for cleaning up kitty litter that unfortunately gets tracked throughout my entire home in addition to the surrounding areas of my litter robots and spare litter pan, no matter what type, brand, priced, etc of litter I purchase (as I've tried them ALL).. This hand vac allowed me to clean numerous areas with litter and pet hair both, and did so very quickly and easily without breaking my back in the process! And the battery still had plenty of charge remaining if I had more to clean. I'm also very grateful that this hand vac is no where near as loud as all of my previous hand vacs were (at least the ones that worked well anyway). Keep in mind this is my initial review after 1 day of using this product so I'll be sure to update my review in a few months from now to confirm if its still working as well as it did today, if the battery works and lasts as advertised, or if I discover any additional pros and cons. In this review I gave battery life only 4 stars just for the time being,. However, once I've had time to use the hand vac long enough to drain the battery entirely, I'll update whether it deserves 5 stars or less than my initial 4 stars for the battery. Overall, I give this product 5⭐ and I would highly recommend it to anyone that has pets, or anyone with physical limitations that has little body strength and needs a dependable user friendly hand vac!
